We ship all fragile goods with Blanket Wrapped, Air Ride Van Line delivery companies. We also allow pickup by your freight carrier, as long as prior arrangements are made. We always suggest using van line delivery for very fragile and/or expensive goods. They are more expensive, but they are much more careful because they blanket wrap each piece and do not stack anything. International / Other Locations The most cost effective method to ship this item will be via air cargo to your nearest airport. Please contact us and we will help you in getting a shipping quote. The item may also need to be crated.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Physical Condition: Good; minor scuffs/scratches on unit; minor discoloration around keyboard/control panel.
Unit powers on with working display. Keyboard/controls are responsive. Probe is also responsive. Printer has been tested to print out screen image. The Dynamo 1300SF has been tested to power on. The PSU-S1700C-2 main power supply also powers on.
We do not have the necessary resources in our facilities to further test this unit.

Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, either by USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. Our standard shipping price listed is only good for the lower 48 states. All International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance. Please allow 2 business days after payment is received for items to ship from CA. All International customers are responsible for their country’s duties & taxes. Please check with your country’s requirements before purchasing. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. UPS overnight is only available until 2pm PST in order for us to ship on the same day . Please call to verify we’ve received your overnight request. Same day shipping overnight is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS, either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post, without exception.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we’ll begin the claim process.
Will-Call Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and local pick-ups. Since we’re predominantly an online store, there will be a nominal handling fee for all will-calls. Please contact us for the exact amount.
Special Handling with Foam
For High Value items requiring special packaging, we will gently foam the item in place within its box. The foam is easily removed if you lift up on the plastic sheeting that separates the foam from your item. If however you accidentally peel the top plastic off, exposing the foam, just look for the next layer of plastic to lift the foam out cleanly.
